The 1st Task: Los Angeles

Hello everyone,

first of all give me a second to once again congratulate everyone who made it into the Top 18, we wish you good luck and are really excited to see how this Cycle will turn out!

So you all know the theme for Cycle 3 is 'Taking Over All Fashion Capitals', so for the first task we are visiting the beautiful fashion capital Los Angeles to have the perfect scene setting in the streets.

For the first task, you will have to do two parts so we can see who really has the potential for this competition and deserves to fight in the next round for the title.


1) Spring Fashion Lookbook
Create two unique outfits based on the latest trends for the flower-blooming season. Stay true to yourself and illustrate your own personal style throughout these outfits. Don't forget to use a matching makeup and hairstyle!
Important: Find a fitting background that underlines your looks!
(Note: The outfits should be based on stardoll clothings and you also don't have to create any special poses, just work with typical stardoll bases)


2) Crazy Fashion Shoot on Rodeo Drive
For this part we want you to proof your modeling and posing skills as you step into the spotlight on the Rode Drive in the streets of LA. Your task is to create an Editorial Shoot (Graphic/Scenery), in which you're wearing a crazy makeup, hairstyle and extraordinary fashion pieces and most important of it all pose, pose, pose in a stunning posture!
Don't forget to create a matching atmosphere by including the Rodeo Drive in your picture.

The Top 18 are... + Opener Cycle 3

Hey there everyone,

the applications for Cycle 3 closed a few days ago and finally begins the third Cycle of Manda's Model  Mission.
I hope you liked the Opener and you may have noticed that there is a new Theme Song for Cycle 3, which is C'Mon by Kesha.

The Top 18 are choosen and once more we've found beautiful contestants. Everyone is unique in their own way and I can't wait to see how they will develop during their time here at MMM.

Rafaél and Catherine have been part of the jury since Cycle 1 and I am really glad to welcome them once more. From the previous Cycle you may know Tânia, who left stardoll, but luckily decided to keep on being a judge for MMM.
Rafi and Cathy and Tania will stay by my side to choose the winner of Cycle 3 at the end of the road..


P.S.: During the cycle there'll also be some guest-judges, but only time will tell who and when. ;)

MMM Cycle 3 Aplications

Hello a third time! :)

I'm soo excited for this, and we, the whole team hope for another amazing cycle! MMM is finally back and celebrates with the begin of Cycle 3!
I hope you enjoyed the trailer and like the new layout!

The theme of this cycle is - Taking Over All Fashion Capitals - which means that, for the first time ever, we will visit a specific fashion capital for every challenge (of course each time a new capital) and you'll have to fulfill a task matching to the city's theme.
The Applications for the second Cycle of MMM are now officially opened.

If you want to apply as a Contestant* for Mandas Model Mission, here are the requirements:

- You should follow the blog at first!
- You should have a unique style and fashion sense and know how to present yourself on the catwalk.
- You should be able to understand English to a good level.
- You must have access to a google/blogspot account.

- You need to know how to create a scenery and how to do at least one simple pose!
- Graphical skills are very appreciated in this competition as well.

- Of course you MUST know how to take screen-shots and how to upload them on tinypic, imgur,
  etc., and you should be able to work with the basics of a graphic program (e.g. Photoshop, Gimp).

*You may not apply again if you've been in Top 5 of any cycle before.
